Cancellation by the Owner
In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as technical issues or safety-related matters, the owner reserves the right to cancel the charter.
In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule the charter at no additional cost, subject to availability, or receive a full refund. No further compensation shall apply.
Cancellation by the Client
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to departure are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions
Guest safety and comfort are our highest priorities. The final decision regarding navigation always rests with the captain, based on professional judgment and official forecasts.
Please note that cloudy skies, moderate wind, or light to moderate swell are considered normal sailing conditions and do not qualify for cancellation with refund.
A weather-related cancellation will only be considered when objectively unsafe conditions are confirmed, requiring at least two of the following to occur simultaneously:
- Waves exceeding 1.5 meters
- Winds exceeding 30 knots
- Heavy rainfall lasting more than 2 hours during the charter
If departure is not possible and rescheduling or an alternative departure point cannot be arranged, the charter will be fully refunded. Otherwise, guests may choose to reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability.
